About SETTE
Ciao and benvenuto! SETTE is a multi-function space designed for travelers and creators. It is a three-storey Liberty building located in the Città Studi district. The space is an experimental co-living and co-working project where we share the space as a B&B and an artist residency as well.

Sharing Good Vibes

The ground level is a common space with a shared kitchen for guests and hosts and an area to enjoy their meals. The winter garden is the perfect spot to hang out while overlooking the little palm tree in the garden. We have vegetables and fruits grown in the garden, all organic and km0! From time to time, we also organize screenings, art-related events, workshops and aperitivo.

Room With A View

Three guest rooms are available on the first level equipped with a shared pantry and bathroom. There is an ensuite double room and a single room with big balconies that overlook the tranquil greenery side. The other double room comes with a charming Liberty style balcony that pampers you in warm golden sunlight. The studio room accommodates guests with a fine touch of contemporary art. It is both a showroom and a spacious double room that is accessible to all utilities on the ground floor.

Working Together

The basement is where the great creations are born. The atelier is equipped with desks, basic technical tools and art supplies etc, and can be shared among 3 to 4 individuals who wants to work on their art during their travels. Sette is also a self-structured artist-in-residence that holds open calls for artists, themed and non-themed art exhibitions and events on a regular basis.
The Neighborhood
Città Studi is home to the Politecnico of Milan. The house is conveniently located between two metro stops, Loreto (red/green line) and Piola (green) that take you to the historical center in less than 10 minutes and 4 train stations. The bus stop to/from the Central station is a few footsteps away.
